Mr. Aleer oversees the school's day-to-day administration and finances, fee schedules, payment plans, and staffing budgets, all run through his office, while still heading the Physics department and teaching Form 4's exam-prep sections himself.
Most fee-related questions that go beyond what's covered on the fee schedule or payment plans pages are ultimately his to answer, and he holds open office hours twice a week specifically for that purpose.
