Different paths, the same starting point
There's no single direction Venus Star graduates are expected to take. What they share is a habit of following through on what they start.
University
Most graduates move directly into undergraduate study, in South Sudan and abroad, across fields as varied as the streams they came through at school.
Professional life & leadership
Others move straight into work, taking on roles in organizations across the region and, in time, positions of real responsibility within them.
Entrepreneurship
A number of graduates have gone on to start their own ventures, often drawing directly on projects they first built in the Innovation Lab.
Community & public service
Some return to the kind of work the school itself is built around: teaching, healthcare, and public service in the communities they grew up in.
They come back to teach what they learned
Alumni mentorship happens in small, direct ways: a former Innovation Lab student walking a current team through a technical problem, a graduate now at university answering a Form 6 student's questions about the application process, an old classmate connecting a current student with an internship. None of it is formally scheduled. All of it depends on people staying reachable.
