Options

Choose a schedule that fits

The schedule is selected once, at enrollment, and can be changed at the start of any new academic year by notifying the finance office in writing before the first invoice of that year is issued.

Annual
One payment, due 1 February, the only plan eligible for the multi-year discount
Termly
Three payments, due at the start of each trimester, the default plan
Monthly
Ten payments, February through November, with a small administrative fee
How to Pay

Bank transfer or mobile money

Payment details are issued with each invoice, the finance office sends account details by email ahead of every due date, along with a reference number to include with the transfer so it's matched to the right student automatically. Families paying by mobile money should keep the transaction confirmation until the payment appears reflected on the student's account, usually within two business days.

Late Payment

What happens if a payment is missed

A grace period of ten days applies after any due date before a late fee is added. If a payment is more than one full term behind, the finance office will contact the family directly to arrange a revised schedule before any further action is taken, the goal is always to keep the student enrolled, not to escalate automatically.
