What happens to fees already paid if a student leaves partway through the year.

Notice periods and refund rules are set out plainly, so a difficult change does not become a financial surprise.
Read the policy detailsFamilies withdrawing a student are asked to notify the school in writing at least one full term before the intended withdrawal date. This gives the school time to release the student's place to someone on the waiting list, and gives the family a clear final invoice rather than a surprise one.
Refunds are calculated against the current term only: fees already paid for a term that has fully started are not refunded once that term is underway, regardless of when in the term the student leaves. The schedule below applies to the fees paid for the term in which notice is given.
The deposit paid at initial enrollment secures the student's place and is not included in any refund calculation, regardless of when a withdrawal occurs. It is separate from the termly tuition fees described above. Families exploring their options before committing should review this alongside the full fee schedule.
