Every teacher is expected to bring verified subject knowledge, sound pedagogy, child-protection awareness, and a working knowledge of the South Sudan national curriculum.

Instructional standard

Venus Star recruits fully qualified professional teachers with verified Diplomas or Degrees in Education or related fields from recognized universities.

Faculty members are expected to demonstrate mastery of classroom methodology, child protection standards, continuous assessment, and the current South Sudan national curriculum frameworks. Heads of Departments support lesson planning, teaching quality, syllabus coverage, and results within their subject groups.
